Kakuro

Kakuro is a puzzle game similar to Sudoku. Please see www.kakuro.net or www.kakuro.info for more info and rules.

JKakuro is a program that allows you to play Kakuro without pen and paper on your computer - similar to many programs for Sudoku.

The JKakuro is not (yet) able to generate puzzle, so you will need to enter a puzzle manually. Do it as follows:

Choose a puzzle.
In JKakuro, choose New from the File menu and enter size of the chosen puzzle.
Fill in the chosen puzzle, using the controls below the main menu: the "White" and "Black" button and the "Vertical" and "Horizontal" text fields. Use the "Black" button to make the currently selected cell black and "Vertical" and "Horizontal" text fields to set the vertical and horizontal sums of the selected field.
When you are done, select Start Game from the file menu.
To fill a cell with a value, select it and press the appropriate digit.
